Tips For Relaxing At The Start Of A Meditation

If you struggle to relax at the beginning of a Meditation and find it difficult to focus your mind, try this..

Get yourself comfy and ready for your Meditation.

Close your eyes and take 3 controlled deep breaths, in through your nose and out through your mouth. Allowing your body to be comfy and relax.

Then take your Focus to each body part listed.

Think and Focus on this-

In your mind as you breath IN THINK…Relaxing My (Head)

Breath OUT and THINK… My (Head) is Relaxed.

As you breath out let go of any tension you feel you are holding and allow yourself to relax.

Continue this breathing IN and OUT taking your focus down your body and connecting with each part.
This should help you to relax your physical body and help you mentally slow down and settle ready for a longer Meditation.
