You don’t need to be in the shower to do this!

You can do it anywhere, it’s all about the visualisation and the symbolic side that a shower washes away dirt and makes us clean. .

- The water is the light and it’s all about cleansing your whole Aura. Making sure you are fully aware of how you feel and visualising negativity being washed away.

- It’s a great technique to use if your-

To calm the mind and body and bring you back into balance.

HOW TO DO IT

Close your eyes to block out distractions.

Relax and take 3 deep breaths. Slow and controlled.

Visualise above you a shower of white light, coming down and washing all over you, surrounding your whole physical body and energy field.

See the negativity being washed away and draining into the ground, (just like water would drain away.)

Mentally scan over your body and see if you are drawn to any particular areas that you feel need help, concentrate on these areas more. .
(just like you would spend more time on a physical dirty spot)

- Take a shower of light until you feel you have done everywhere.
Until your Aura feels balanced, light and buzzing. You should feel calmer and more refreshed, more energized.

You may want to hold onto something if you are stood up for balance, but you can do this anywhere! (not whilst driving though!🙈)

- This is a very powerful self help meditation, literally takes only a few mins, although you can spend as long as you feel necessary.
